Building Project to be Decided

Voters Meeting on Wed., April 20th at 8pm
Voters will make a decision about proceeding with the building of an addition.

  • Phase 1 of the proposed building project for St. John has now been completed with the school auction on April 9th. Many thanks again to everyone who helped clean out and sort through items, to those who carried items outside for the sale, to our auctioneers, to the LYF for serving lunch, & to all who supported the auction in every way. With your support & the Lord's blessing we had a very successful sale. The next steps in the proposed building project would be….
  • Phase 2 .. tear down the Lutheran School building & the Sunday School house, level the ground to the south of the church and use the dirt to fill in where the school building stood.
  • Phase 3 .. Remodel the basement to house the Sunday School rooms.
  • Phase 4 .. Begin construction on the new fellowship hall/education wing to the south of the existing building. The building proposal is on the agenda for the Voters Meeting on Wed. evening. We want to make a decision that night on whether to proceed with at least Phases 2 & 3 this summer

Do you support this project? Would you be willing to contribute financially?
We encourage all members of St. John to come to the voters' meeting, listen to the facts & figures & make your views known.
